Providing we receive the returned item/s unused, unwashed and in their original undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase, we can offer you a full refund. Please note we are unable to refund returns postage and if you received free postage on your outgoing order, we will deduct postage at cost from your refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange or credit any of the following:
Washed/used nappies, clothing or bedding..
Lotions and skin care products (due to hygiene/safety reasons)
Please also note we are unable to accept cancellations or returns on any made to measure or bespoke goods.
*We offer an extended exchange periods for nappy kits if purchased during pregnancy. You have 28 days from the day your baby is born (proof may be required) to return unworn and unwashed nappies. We recommend that you pre-wash and use one or two nappies first, to see how you get on with them. If you love them, wash the rest and use them; If you don’t, return the rest unwashed and unused as stated above. We will calculate the value of the nappies you have washed/used at RRP, deduct this from the total price paid for the kit, and offer you an exchange or refund for the difference.
When returning items to us we ask that you obtain a proof of posting (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from royal mail should the parcel not reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we do advise insuring your parcel to the correct value.
We will aim to refund your purchase within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. This includes sale items and a pro-rata rate for bundled items. Credit card refunds will need to be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with.
For exchanges we recommend you purchase the required item and send back the unwanted one for refund. This ensures that the product does not sell out in the meantime.
Items received/given as gifts may be returned for store credit, under the same conditions as above, providing you have a gift receipt. If you do not have a gift receipt, please contact us prior to returning your goods.
