The NUK Genius Soother has been developed in partnership with dental experts worldwide, and is the new generation of NUK Soother. Still based on the approved orthodontic NUK shape, but improved with a softer and more flexible baglet, to further reduce the pressure on baby's jaw and teeth, as well as the risk of teeth misalignment.
Its particularly soft surface moulds itself gently against your child’s palate, whilst the underside of the teat has a smooth transition and a domed shape, giving the tongue plenty of space for natural sucking movements. The even narrower and particularly thin teat neck helps reduce pressure on little teeth.
The NUK Air System helps to ensure the mouthpiece remains soft and flexible, encouraging the correct development of your child's teeth whilst the integrated grooves enable saliva to flow away from the baby’s mouth preventing skin irritations.
The soothers come in a handy reusable storage case which can be used to keep the soothers safe and clean but also to hygienically clean the soothers with steam in the microwave.

Suitable for 6-18 months
Before first use place in boiling water for 5 minutes, use sufficient water to avoid damage to the soother. To ensure hygiene, clean thoroughly using mild washing up liquid and sterilise before every further use. Press out any residual liquid from the baglet after cleaning or sterilisation and let the soother dry afterwards. This is to ensure hygiene. Do not clean the soother in a dishwasher as detergents can damage the material. When using any steriliser or sterilising solution, please follow the manufacturer's directions to avoid material damage.
The soother box can be cleaned hygienically in the microwave oven within 4 minutes. Following these instructions: First, fill each side of the box with 20ml water and put in the pacifier. Close the box and heat on 700-1000W for 4 minutes. The steam in this process prepares the pacifier hygienically. Leave the microwave closed for another 5 minutes. Empty out any water remaining. Leave soothers to dry in the open box. To make the instructions more visible, there is a small instruction on the package. The whole and detailed description can be found in the inlay sheet.
Hazards and Cautions
For your child's safety - Warning! Never attach ribbons or cords to a soother, your child may be strangled by them. Inspect carefully before each use, especially when the child has teeth. Pull the soother in all directions. Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness. Do not leave the soother in direct sunlight or near a source of heat, or in disinfectant (sterilising solution) for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the soother, In rare, individual cases, children manage to put the complete soother into the mouth. In such an event, Do not Panic! Due to its special design the soother cannot be swallowed and the two aspiration holes ensure sufficient breathing. Remove the soother from the child's mouth as gently as possible. Do not dip the soother into medicine or sweet substances and do not lick the soother. Both can cause caries (tooth decay) to your child. Replace the soother after 1-2 months use for reasons of safety and hygiene. Even without visible damage the stability of the soother may have been weakened.
We will attempt to despatch orders placed before 11.00am the same day unless it is a busy time. For small parcels we tend to use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class and these are usually sent 'signed for'. Larger orders are usually sent via a courier.
Unlike many online companies we also have a 'bricks and mortar' retail shop and during busy times we kindly ask our customers to allow up to 7-10 working days to receive their parcel, although in most cases it arrives much quicker. If your order is urgent then please do let us know and we will make every effort to get it out to you as quickly as possible.If an item is out of stock you will be informed by email once we have spoken to our supplier to get an estimated order time to fulfil your order. Although we try and keep good stock levels we can't predict who will order what quantites and when.

We operate a 'no-quibbles' guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition* within 28 days from date of invoice.
Please note we are unable to refund returns postage and if you received free postage on your outgoing order, we will deduct postage at cost from your refund. We are unable to accept items back if the packaging has been damaged, or the item has been used or pre-washed.
We recommend that if you have bought a complete set of nappies then just wash one or two to see how you get on with them. If you love them, wash the rest and use them, if you don't, return the unwashed and unused as stated above for a refund or exchange.
Now for the FANSTASTIC bit:
If you are pregnant when you purchase your nappies the refund/exchange policy starts from your baby's date of birth - who else offers that peace of mind!
If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact our Returns team who will arrange for a replacement or refund.
When returning items to us we ask that you obtain a 'certificate of posting' (free of charge) from your post office so that you can claim compensation from royal mail should the parcel NOT reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we do advise insuring your parcel to the correct value in case of loss.
