ReLoved Prams – Wear and Tear Policy

At Naturally Baby, our ReLoved prams are carefully selected and prepared for their next family. Each one has been well looked after, but as a pre-owned item, some signs of use are to be expected from everyday life, including travel, storage, and outdoor use.

Chassis and Frame

We do our best to reduce visible scratches and marks on the frame. With polished or gloss metal finishes, it is not always possible to fully remove light scratches, and we are unable to colour match these surfaces.

For matte finishes, we can colour match and restore the frame where possible. Minor marks may still remain, but these are typically not noticeable in normal use.

All folding mechanisms, clips, and brakes are fully checked and guaranteed to be in full working order.

Wheels and Suspension

All wheels and suspension systems are thoroughly inspected to ensure they function as they should, providing a smooth and safe ride.

Fabrics and Handles

All fabrics are professionally cleaned to a high standard. Each pram is fully washed, wet vacuumed, and steam cleaned to remove dirt and ensure hygiene.

While we aim to remove all marks and stains, very minor signs of previous use may occasionally remain. Some prams may show slight sun fading, which cannot be reversed, but we only select items where this is minimal and not noticeable.

Handles and bags are also thoroughly cleaned. As bags are more heavily used, slight marks or wear may still be present, but they will always be clean and ready for use.

Accessories

Any accessories included with a ReLoved pram are sold as seen and are not covered under this wear and tear policy.
